    Ted Treesh, President, TR Transportation Consultants, Inc and
    attachments with respect to development projects along Placida Road.

  • Memorandum dated July 7, 2007 from Panel Member Lynne Seibert to
    Ted Treesh, President, TR Transportation Consultants, Inc. with respect
    to the Cape Haze Cumulative Traffic Analysis dated June 28, 2007
    received on July 5, 2007. This Analysis and a related Appendix appear
    under Section VIII.

  • Letter dated November 20, 2007 from Panel Chairman Bayne Stevenson
    to Ted Treesh, President, TR Transportation Consultants, Inc. requesting
    additional information with respect to the Boca Grande Historic District
    Traffic Circulation Review and the Cape Haze Cumulative Traffic Analysis.
    This letter also appears under Section VII relating to Lee County Implementation.

    Tom Smith and presented to the Panel Members at a Panel Meeting held on
    December 7, 2007.

    Panel Meeting held on December 19, 2007 by Panel Member Bill Heisel. The
    Policies referred to in this document were included in the Community Plan as
    submitted to Charlotte County in October 2004. Some of these Policies have
    been deleted, revised or renumbered in the Community Plan for the Charlotte
    County portion of Gasparilla Island as accepted in July 2007.

    to Panel Member David McHugh regarding possible improvements to the Boca
    Grande Fishing Pier.

  • E-mail dated January 21, 2008 from Patrick Mostyn to the Panel Members and
    Panel Consultant Tom Smith regarding an application to Charlotte County for
    development of the Mercabo property.

  • Letter dated January 18, 2008 from Panel Consultant Tom Smith to Jeff Ruggieri,
    Director of Charlotte County Growth Management Department (formerly the
    Charlotte County Community Development Department) requesting
    that the Boca Grande Community Planning Panel, consisting of 4 Charlotte
    County residents and 5 Lee County residents be submitted to the Charlotte
    County Board of County Commissioners for approval as the Planning Advisory
    Committee for the Community Plan for the Charlotte County portion of Gasparilla
    Island.

  • Letter dated February 8, 2008 from Panel Chairman Lynne Seibert to Ted Treesh,
    President, TR Transportation Consultants, Inc., regarding additional services
    to be completed under the Contract bearing February 5, 2007 date between
    Boca Grande Community Planning Panel and TR Transportation Consultants, Inc.
    (see Section VII above). The letter works off of the letter dated November 20,
    2007 from former Panel Chairman Bayne Stevenson to Mr. Treesh (see the preceding
    page of this Section IX). This letter also appears under Section VII relating to Lee
    County Implementation.

  • Contract dated February 19, 2008 between the Boca Grande Community
    Planning Panel and TR Transportation Consultants, Inc. for the addtional services
    referred to in the preceding bulletted item. This contract also appears under
    Section VII relating to Lee County Implementation.

  • Letter dated February 9, 2008 from Panel Member Alastair Campbell to the
    Charlotte County Planning and Zoning Board urging the Members of such Board
    to reject the proposed changes to Section 3-9-49 of the Charlotte County Zoning
    Code regarding Planned Development Districts to be considered by such Board at a meeting
    on February 11, 2008. At the February 9, 2008 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board
    unanimously voted to recommend to the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners
    that the proposed changes be denied.

    Note: At its February 11, 2008 meeting, the Board of County Commissioners deferred action
    on the proposed changes to Section 3-9-49 and approved creation of a 24 member focus
    group consisting of citizens both for and against the proposed amendment to reach a compromise
    on the proposal. Panel Members Jim Cooper and Lyman Randall applied for and were selected
    as members of the focus group which held three 3-hour meetings on April 29, May 1 and May 5,
    2008.

  • E-mail dated February 10, 2008 from Peter Sholley to Panel Chairman Lynne
    Seibert with respect to suggestions for reducing the number of cars downtown by
    providing bicycle-vehicle parking behind the Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce
    and at the Boca Grande Fishing Pier at the north end of Gasparilla Island (in Charlotte
    County).

  • Proposed By-Laws for the Boca Grande Advisory Committee for the Community Plan
    for the Charlotte County portion of Gasparilla Island (as prepared by Panel Consultant
    Tom Smith and Panel Member Ted Hoopes) as submitted to County Staff.

  • Resolution to establish the Boca Grande Advisory Committee for the Community Plan
    for the Charlotte County portion of Gasparilla Island, as to be presented to the Charlotte
    County Board of County Commissioners at a meeting to be held on May 27, 2008. This
    Resolution prepared by Charlotte County staff was distributed to the Panel at a meeting
    held on May 13, 2008.

  • Rewrite of Section 3-9-99 of the Charlotte County Zoning Code regarding Wellhead
    Protection Areas prepared by Panel Consultant Tom Smith and Bonnie Pringle, Executive
    Director of the Gasparilla Island Water Association, Inc. for presentation to Charlotte
    County staff. This rewrite was presented to the Panel at a meeting held on May 13, 2008.

  • Cape Haze Cumulative Traffic Analysis as Revised May 8, 2008 prepared for the Boca
    Grande Community Planning Panel by TR Transportation Consultants, Inc.. This Analysis
    and related Appendix were discussed at the Panel Meeting held on May 13, 2008.
    A copy of this Analysis and related Appendix has been deposited in the Reference Room at
    the Boca Grande Community Center.

  • Appendix to the Cape Haze Cumulative Traffic Analysis as Revised May 8, 2008 (the
    preceding bulleted item).

  • Press Release from Panel Chairman Lynne Seibert as sent to the Boca Beacon and
