VII. Implementation Phase for the Lee County Vision Statement and Lee County Goal, Objectives and Policies for Boca Grande included in the Lee County Comprehensive Plan. Lee County portion of the Boca Grande Community Plan as sent by Bayne Stephenson, Panel Chairman, to Lee County Planning Consultant Dan Folke on November 23, 2005. Boca Grande Planning Association, Inc., to Jim Mudd, Principal Planner, Lee County Division of Planning, requesting $50,000 from Lee County for the preparation of land development regulations necessary to implement the Lee County Vision Statement and Lee County Goal, Objectives and Policies adopted at the Adoption Hearing on October 12, 2005 for inclusion in the Lee County Comprehensive Plan. The letter includes an estimated implementation budget of $103,000 for the drafting of the regulations. Note: The request for $50,000 in implementation funding was approved by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners at a Public Hearing held on April 4, 2006 and after the approval a Second Community Planning Agreement (See Section X) was entered into between Boca Grande Community Planning Association, Inc. and the Lee County BoCC with regard to the expenditure of the implementation funding.
