XII. Public Records File; Government-in-the-Sunshine Law The records of the Community Planning effort are public records open to inspection under the Florida Government-in-the-Sunshine Law; however, all important records included in the public records file may be accessed on and copied from this website. Meetings of the Board of Directors of Boca Grande Community Planning Association, Inc., the Boca Grande Community Planning Panel and the Panel Subcommittees are required to be publicly noticed and held in accordance with the provisions of the Florida Government-in-the-Sunshine Law and Lee County Administrative Code 13-3 (See Section IX). The meetings are fully noticed in advance of each meeting in the Friday weekly edition of the Boca Beacon and postings giving notice of the meetings are made at Boca Grande locations as required by Lee County Administrative Code 13-3. Members of the Boca Grande community are encouraged to attend all of these meetings and many have done so. Recordings are made of all these meetings.
